Sugar Shack started as a corner kitchen with a single thought: that the best bread doesn't need a long list of ingredients — just time, good flour, and the kind of care that can't be rushed.

Today, every loaf, croissant, and tart that leaves our oven on Spring Street carries that same intention. We bake in small batches so nothing goes stale, and we keep our hours early because we know the best mornings start before sunrise.
